Barbecue Stations

Barbecue stations available within the Community Wood

​

The Parish Council  has installed 3 purpose made barbecue stations, located at the Community Wood.  These stations are available for public use.  All enquiries should be directed to member of the Parish Council or Yvonne Wonnacott, Parish Clerk. 

 

Users will be required to complete a barbecue usage and wavier agreement form and to read and adhere to the barbecue guidelines / risk assessment, both documents can be viewed below;

Management and volunteers will be needed well into the future.  The ways in which people can assist in the ongoing maintenance include giving some time, knowledge and of course donations.  If you feel you would like to be involved in some way please contact a member of the Parish Council to express your interest.

Please note that the Parish Clerk works part-time and is contracted for an average of 6 hours per week.  The preferred communication method for enquiries is email, and the Parish Clerk will endeavour to respond within 5 working days.  The office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.00pm, excluding Bank Holidays.  Please note correspondence sent to the Parish Clerk may be forwarded onto the full Parish Council and/or to individual members of the Parish Council.
